Betting Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of betting-tips.app and the Betting Tips mobile application (together, the “Services”), operated by us (“Betting Tips”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services. The Services are for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Nature of the Services
We publish football tips, match information, statistics, and related content for entertainment and information. We do not accept bets or operate a gambling book. Any decision to wager with a third party is solely yours and at your own risk.
3. No guarantee of results
Tips, probabilities, odds references, and “win rates” are not guarantees of future performance. Sporting events are uncertain. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
4. Licence to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services as provided. You may not:
- Copy, scrape, or republish substantial content without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass VIP / paywall controls
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Interfere with the security or availability of the Services
5. VIP and paid features
Some tips or features may be VIP / premium. Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple (and related platforms) under their terms. Refunds are handled according to the store’s policies unless we state otherwise. VIP tips may remain locked on the website until a match is settled, consistent with the app.
6. Accounts and notifications
If the app uses an account or device identifier, you are responsible for activity on that device. Push notifications are optional and can be disabled in system settings.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including branding, design, text, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. Team names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification.
8. Third-party services
The Services may link to or rely on third parties (App Store, analytics, push, payment providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
9. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any betting losses, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Responsible gambling
If you choose to gamble with third parties, do so responsibly. Seek help if gambling becomes a problem (for example resources available in your country such as BeGambleAware in the UK).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will be revised when we publish changes.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
